Green workplaces: Moss
The green-thumbed team at Plantclub make regular visits to member’s offices, to keep their greenery looking lush. On our plant care rounds, we stopped for a chat at the Moss office and took some photos of their green workplace.
Moss offers an all-in-one spending solution – corporate credit cards, employee expense management, invoice management, and digitized bookkeeping – to help companies stay on top of their spend. Their team of 100+ employees recently moved to a new office in Berlin’s Mitte district, close to the Spree. Spanning the second floor of the building, their space is split between open-plan working stations, breakout areas, and private meeting rooms. The office has high ceilings and plenty of natural light – the ideal setting for an urban jungle.

Clean, organised and green: the work spaces at Moss.
We spoke to Senior Product Marketing Manager, Felix Glahn, about what it’s like to work at Moss. He told us, “I enjoy working at Moss for two reasons: the people and the product. Both are exceptional.” Through bringing a curated selection of diverse plants into the space, our design concept reflects this attractiveness of Moss as an employer.
Using greenery of varying heights and textures gave an elegant look while enlivening the space. We distributed plants throughout the office at a range of densities, to emphasize the different areas. “Moss is a flexible place where you feel comfortable sharing ideas,” said Constantin Ertel, a Marketing Intern. Lush greenery enhances this existing atmosphere of collaboration.

And the workplace greening doesn’t stop at the office. As with all Plantclub member companies, on the Greenhouse plan Moss employees have access to a dedicated online store, where they can buy plants for their home offices.
