💚 About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team. In this role, you will:
Manage the scheduling of bi-weekly plant care services for over 120+ offices across Berlin, ensuring smooth coordination with our team of 10+ Plant Experts.
Optimize routes and schedules for plant care visits, always staying flexible for last-minute changes.
Be the main point of contact for both Plant Experts and members, communicating effectively and professionally.
Use Google Suite and other tools to manage schedules and workflows efficiently.
Contribute to improving and automating processes, leveraging tools like Zapier and Notion.
Solve problems proactively and maintain a high level of service.

👩🏽💻 Your Profile
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), with excellent communication skills.
Based in Berlin and familiar with the city’s layout for effective route planning.
A morning person who thrives on structure and organization.
A scheduling wizard with a talent for problem-solving and optimizing processes.
Experienced with Google Suite and, ideally, tools like Zapier and Notion.
Passionate about plants and sustainability.
Proactive, flexible, and ready to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or logistics is a big plus.
