About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our Hamburg team on a freelance basis. You'll prepare and execute plant installations — making offices across Hamburg greener — and support the Hamburg team with operations including plant deliveries and growth initiatives. You may also host plant care workshops. As we grow in Hamburg, this role could develop into a long-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and executing plant installations at member offices
- Supporting the Hamburg ops team with deliveries and logistics
- Potentially hosting plant care workshops
- Contributing to local growth initiatives

Your Profile
- Hands-on attitude, willing to grow with an early-stage startup
- Comfortable getting your hands dirty and using tools like a drill
- Able to lift 25kg independently
- Proactive, takes initiative, works independently, loves organising
- EU driver's licence, comfortable driving a van (up to 3.5t)
- Interest in interior design and creating plant-filled environments
- Previous experience with plants or flowers is a huge plus
- Strong communication skills: English (C1) and German (C1)
- Ideally holds a valid German Sachkundenachweis for plant protection products
