Cushman & Wakefield established their new Berlin office in the reconstructed Westlight Building in October of 2020.

The new office space stretches across two floors of the light filled building. The modern design theme of “urban jungle” reflects and highlights the immediate neighbourhood of Charlottenburg and the Berlin zoo. Wrapped by a glass facade, the office has sweeping views. Each work area has direct access to a large terrace. In warmer months, the outdoor areas will be designed to accommodate employees as a natural extension of the office.

In our plant design for these areas, we will apply sustainable gardening methods while showcasing the design of the with lush, all season greenery.
