About the Role
We are growing our Berlin team and are looking for a freelance Plant Care & Install Expert / Horticulturist to help us expand our presence in the city. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and care of plants for new and existing Plantclub members across Berlin.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the local operations team with deliveries and logistics
- Installing and caring for plants in offices and other spaces across Berlin
- Providing expert plant care, including watering, pruning, and repotting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Plantclub members

Your Profile
- Ability to lift 25 kg independently and climb a ladder to care for plants
- You have an EU driver's license and feel comfortable driving a van (up to 3.5t) around Berlin
- A 'green thumb' and the ability to help plants thrive in various environments
- Interest in interior design and creating plant-filled spaces
- Hands-on, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (C1)
The following are a plus:
- Experience working with greenery, flowers, or indoor plants
- Strong knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
- German language skills
- A plus if you have already worked with semi-hydroponic systems
